I guarantee my items are made from the best artist materials.
They will be packed, depending upon the item, in any way I need to make sure they arrive to you in perfect condition. Although I have never had an item arrive to its destination broken, this can happen. If it does, I require pictures of the outside damaged boxes and pictures of the item upon unpacking before a refund request or insurance claim can be made. Insurance claims can take upwards of 3 months so prepare for this time before receiving any claim monies.
All items will be insured for final payment amount and given delivery confirmation so I know they arrive to you and so you can track them.
Most items will be sent USPS Priority Mail. If out of main US states, item will be shipped the fastest and safest way.
Payment must be made within 5 business days after purchase unless a change is agreed upon via email within those 5 days.
